Es acaso la luz del día
que con escaza claridad y fulgor
pueda acaso opacar tu belleza;
que es más linda que el ocaso,
y más fresca que la lluvia
en invierno y primavera.

Y es la noche acaso más tibia
que tus labios rojos, púrpuras y blandas
cuando regalan dulzura al compás de la noche.
Y puede acaso la belleza existir sola,
oscura, melancólica, frágil e inerte
sin la dulzura de la mujer, primavera hecha carne.

Y es la mañana más colorida
que tu rostro y esa mejía rosada
que a todo cautiva al pasar el tiempo.
Y es la tarde más tranquila
que tu tierna mirada, llena de amor,
y mirada suave que la brisa anhela.

Acaso. No es en la MUJER donde la belleza
toma forma, color, tiempo y espacio;
y todo se rodea de éxtasis, claridad y emoción.
Y ¿qué es la mujer? Si no la belleza
y la fuerza que cambia de a poco
el tosco paisaje que opaca la luz de la vida.
